Accounts that remain inactive for 90 or more consecutive days may be automatically deleted from our systems. An account is considered inactive if it has not logged into the game during this period.
Once an account has been deleted, the deletion is permanent. Your account, Coins, Keys, purchases, statistics, match history, and associated data cannot be recovered.
All game content, including graphics, artwork, music, sounds, logos, trademarks, software, source code, and other materials within Ludo Clash remain the exclusive property of Ludo Clash and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the game without prior written permission.
Ludo Clash is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our control.
Ludo Clash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the game, including loss of data, profits, account progress, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of Ludo Clash after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
